We over-see every part of training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out. No matter your fitness level.

Strength training (or any exercise) has benefits far beyond your weight. However if you do want to focus on fat loss we will have monthly nutritional halp as part of our membership.

These sessions are affordable personal training with a maximum of 6 people per session.
